PROBLEM
PROBABLE CAUSE(S)
POSSIBLE SOLUTION
Jets making irregular noises
or will not function at all.
After initial setup, replacing
water or any other mainte-
nance air can get trapped in
the plumbing and cause jets
to malfunction.
Remove foot skirt. Then go
to page 15 of the manual for
more information.
Take caution as some wa-
ter will begin to come out
of the pump. Place towel
under the pump when
opening.
If single valves are
still not working, go to
Settings>Manual Mode to
check status of valve.
No Power to the unit
1. plug or circuit breaker is
tripped.
2. Tripped Fuse
1. Reset the GCFI on the
plug or reset the circuit on
the breaker.
2. Remove side skirt, locate
fuse on the box and if it
shows white it needs to be
reset.
Unresponsive Touch Screen
Black Screen
Software malfunction or
HDMI cables unplugged
Unplug the unit, wait ten
seconds then plug back in.
Unplug all connections in the
back of the screen and plug
them back in.
Non-Critical Water Level
Evaporation, leaks
Add 5 gallons of distilled
water or until water in view.
Critical Water Level
Leak
Level switch malfunction
Take of skirts and look for
leak. If there is no leak add
10-15 Gallons of distilled
water if no water in view.
Loose or Sagging Net
Stretching (likely after 4-6
months of continuous use)
