SECTION 3
3.14
Cut-off valve (9) controls the suspension lock cylinders (8) in the Bogie hydraulic tipping
system. When the load box is lowered, the valve is open (II). When tipping the load box of the
first trailer, oil flows through the valve (9) to the cylinders (8) locking the rear axle deflection.
When the load box is being raised, flow of oil into the cylinders (8) is gradually reduced until
the supply is shut off (valve position (I)) directing the entire flow of oil into the telescopic
cylinder (1). When the maximum deflection of the load box is reached. the cut-off valve (3)
controlled by a cable (6) prevents the flow of oil to the cylinder (1). Cable (6) is fastened to
the load box and the valve (3).
IMPORTANT!
Cut-off valve (3) – figure (2.8), (3.9) limits the tipping angle of the load box when tipped to
the rear. The length of the control cable (6) controlling this valve is factory adjusted by the
Manufacturer and must not be changed when the trailer is used.
TIP
The hydraulic system of the trailer is filled with L-HL32 Lotos hydraulic oil.
3.2.5 SUPPORT HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
The parking stand hydraulic system extends the stand to support the trailer disconnected
from the tractor or when it is parked in the garage after use. Using parking stand hydraulic
system drawbar height can be adjusted when hitching and disconnecting the trailer. The
parking stand hydraulic system is supplied with oil by the tractor hydraulics. The parking
stand is extended or withdrawn by extending or withdrawing a hydraulic cylinder. Hydraulic oil
selective control valve of the tractor's external hydraulic system is used to control the support
cylinder.
The straight hydraulic support was used for the trailer - Figure (3.10). Lowering the support
(1) is carried out by opening the valve (3). Hydraulic oil supplied from hydraulic selective
control valve extends the cylinder ram to the desired height. After the pressure is hydraulic
line is reduced, withdrawal of the parking stand to transport position is forced by means of
springs - Figure (3.10). Hydraulic line which controls straight support is marked with decal (4)
near the connector. The valve (3) locks the support in a fixed position.
