CAUTION!
Never adjust the pressure relief valve.
Check whether the diaphragm rupture indicator is installed and is
triggering the expected reactions.
Swap the locations of the transport protection pin and the vent
screw on the top of the pump housing.

A) Transport position (the rotor is prevented from moving, oil cannot
escape)
B) Parked position (in operation)
Apply a 20 mA * signal to terminal X4.9 - there should be only min‐
imal back pressure.
* 20 mA = full power; 4 mA = the motor is stationary
ð
The motor starts at full power and any air is pumped out of the
liquid end.
This lasts approx. 10 minutes.
6.2 Immediately after commissioning
1.
Is the hydraulic end bled? If not:
2.
Is oil leaking somewhere?
3.
Is the oil level always visible in the oil inspection window during
pumping?
4.
Is the back pressure on the discharge side permanently > 1.5 bar (>
2.5 bar absolute) compared to the suction side?
5.
Is the stroke length / metering rate ratio balanced?
