WARNING!
Only return metering pumps for repair in a cleaned state
and with a flushed liquid end - refer to "Decommis‐
sioning!
Only return metering pumps with a completed Decon‐
tamination Declaration form. The Decontamination Dec‐
laration constitutes an integral part of an inspection /
repair order. A unit can only be inspected or repaired
when a Declaration of Decontamination Form is sub‐
mitted that has been completed correctly and in full by
an authorised and qualified person on behalf of the
pump operator.

WARNING!
High centre of gravity
The unsecured pump can easily topple over.

Only transport the pump horizontally.
WARNING!
The ring bolt can break off
If the pump is connected to other components, do not lift
this assembly by the ring bolt on the top of the pump –
the ring bolt could break off and the unit could drop.

Only use the ring bolt on the top of the pump to lift
the pump itself.
CAUTION!
The ring bolt seals the housing
The ring bolt protects the inside of the pump from the
ingress of dirt etc. Therefore never remove the ring bolt
without replacing it.

If the ring bolt presents a problem at the installation
site, use an appropriate plug to permanently seal the
thread.
CAUTION!
Danger for suction valve
The suction valve protrudes a little downwards.

Pay attention to the position of the suction valve
when transporting the unit.
