According to the directive 91/157/EEC, defect or used rechargeable batteries/batteries must
be recycled. Waste rechargeable batteries/batteries can be directly handed to:
Promed GmbH, Lindenweg 11, D-82490 Farchant.
This unit has been manufactured with the utmost of care and has been examined in detail before
leaving the factory. We therefore provide a guarantee of 24 months after the date of purchase
when presented with the guarantee card issued with this appliance, in accordance with the
following conditions.
• Within the guarantee period, we will replace all defect parts of the appliance free of
charge, including labor costs for repairs under guarantee, in cases of verifiable faults in
material or manufacture that have occurred with correct usage and have been identified
during the guarantee period.
•
This guarantee is void when the unit has been improperly used (e.g., connection to unsuitable
sources of electricity, breakage), the unit has been tampered with (e.g., opening the unit´s
casing), and when spare parts have been used that have not been approved of by
Promed
.
Parts subject to wear are exempt from the guarantee. Appliance motors and mobile parts are
not included in the guarantee.
•
The guarantee period begins on the date of purchase. Guarantee claims do not affect the
guarantee duration. Guarantee claims must be lodged within the guarantee period. Claims
arising after cessation of the guarantee period cannot be considered.
•
The guarantee only comes into effect within the scope of these guarantee conditions when the
date of purchase has been confirmed by the stamp/ signature of the dealer on the guarantee
card.
• In cases of guarantee or repair claims, please post the complete appliance with the
completed guarantee card to the customer service point responsible for you. The guarantee
card can be found at the end of this user manual.
•
We reserve the right to make technical and optical changes as well as changes to the
equipment!
• The legal obligation of the seller to provide a warranty remains unaffected by our
guarantee conditions.
•
Promed
cannot be made liable for any possible translation errors.
• The following information is vital for problem-free processing:
1. Original sales slip/receipt or dealer´s stamp with the date of purchase
2. Defect detected
3. Unit name / type
