Before getting started, please check that the delivery is complete.
Make sure that the heating blanket does not get stuck.
Please use original parts only!
Please do not use any other controller!
Attention
Please ensure that the heating blanket is not too tight so that some air can circulate between the heating blanket
and your skin when using it.
Under all circumstances, avoid accumulation of heat.
1. Check if the two plugs (plug of the controller (G) and plug of the heating blanket (H) ) are connected to each
other. If they are not, connect them to each other. To operate the heating blanket, insert the power plug (A)
into the power socket. On the display screen, the display “ ” appears which disappears after approx.
1 second. As an indicator that the heating blanket is connected to the power supply system, the red dot
remains lit on the bottom right of the display screen.
2. To switch on the heating blanket, press the ON/OFF button (F) .
3. To set the temperature desired, press the temperature button (D) . You can set the desired temperature in
10 levels (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, H). To increase the temperature, press the “+” in the upper half of the
temperature button (D) . To decrease the temperature, press the “-” in the lower half of the temperature button
(D) .
4. To set the operating time desired, press the timer button (E) . You can set the desired operating time in 9 levels
(1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9). Here, each level corresponds to an operating time of one hour.
To increase the operating time, press the “+” in the upper half of the timer button (E) . To decrease the
operating time, press the “-” in the lower half of the timer button (E) . After the operating time has been set,
the display returns to the temperature level selected.
5. The heating blanket is programmed so that a default setting of an operating time of 4 hours and temperature
level 4 are preset when you switch on the device.
6. The heating blanket switches off automatically after the operating time selected has expired.
7. To restart the heating blanket after the operating time selected has expired, simply press the ON/OFF button
(F) .
8. For the continuous operation of the heating blanket, it is recommended to use the temperature levels 1 - 4.
Please note:
If the heating blanket and the controller are not, or not correctly, connected to each other, the letter “E”
appears on the display screen. This display is also shown if the controller or the heating wires of the heating
blanket are defective.
9. Automatic switch-off
The electric heating blanket switches off automatically after the operating time selected has expired. This
saves energy and additionally ensures that the heating blanket is not operated without supervision.
10. After use, please disconnect the power plug from the power socket.
