Electronic logic
All STARGEL HF machines are designed to satisfy, in the best possible way, the requirements of the
client and technician-installer/service man.
For this reason the ice cream consistency can be controlled using two completely different methods:
A 19 - SECOND METHOD:
(If you wish to use this kind of programing, consult the
technician-installer who will carry
out a simple operation on the electronic card in order to
supply the necessary functions).
Some clients are used to this traditional method for
controlling ice cream consistency, which works by
setting a time cycle, at the end of which the ice cream
has the consistency required according to the operators
experience.
A 18 - FIRST METHOD
(The machines leave the factory with this kind
of programing; if you wish to use the second method,
consult the technician-installer).
Throughout the whole whipping cycle the electronic
logic reads the power intake of the motor which turns
the whipping shaft within
the cylinder.
The power intake increases as the ice-cream hardens,
and the READY signal is given when the required
power level (set program) is reached.
These power levels (programs which can be set) have
been fixed through sophisticated laboratory tests to
satisfy the client's specific requirements, which may
vary from the production of soft ice cream to very
dense ice cream.
