3.4 OPERATION IN AUTOMATIC MODE
If no DMX control signal is present at the DMX INPUT, the unit independently runs through its show pro-
gramme provided that the blackout mode is switched off:
• Press the button MENU so many times until the display shows Show Mode , then press the button ENTER.
• Press the button UP/DOWN to switch between the programs (
Show 1 - Show 2 - Show 3 - Show 4
), then press
the button ENTER. The unit will operate in automatic mode.
NOTE - In automatic mode the unit will be set as Master.
3.5 MUSIC MODE
In music mode, via its integrated microphone, the unit can be controlled by music with a clear rhythm in
the bass range. If the music control should not work optimally, increase the volume or reduce the distance
between the sound source and the light effect unit.
• Press the button MENU so many times until the display shows Sound State , then press the button ENTER.
• Press the button UP/DOWN to select

or
Off
to enable or disable the sound mode, then press the but-
ton ENTER.
3.6 SENSITIVITY MICROPHONE
Select this function to set the value of the sensitivity of the microphone for use with a music control:
• Press the button MENU so many times until the display shows Sound Sense , then press the button ENTER.
• Press the button UP/DOWN to select the desired value (000 - 100) , then press the button ENTER.
3.7 MASTER/SLAVE MODE
This mode will allow you to link up the units together without a controller. Choose a unit to function as the
Master. The unit must be the first unit in line; other units will work as slave with the same effect.
• Press the button MENU so many times until the display shows Slave Mode and press the button ENTER.
• Press the button UP/DOWN to select the different modes of operation Slave 1 (normal) or Slave 2 (light
show) then press the button ENTER.
• Select the desired program (see section 3.4).
• Use standard DMX cables to daisy chain your units together via the DMX connector on the rear of the
units. For longer cable runs we suggest a terminator at the last fixture (see page 13).
