3. Safety instructions
This section summarizes the information concerning all the essential safety-related aspects. The
individual sections also contain important safety related information (with relative symbols), in
order to prevent the occurrence of hazards. Users must comply with the information given on the
pictograms, nameplates and wording on the appliance, taking care to ensure that they remain
legible. Compliance with all the safety related instructions guarantees optimum protection and
performance of the appliance in complete safety and without problems.
The instructions concerning workplace safety refer to the EU Directives in force at the time of
manufacture of the appliance. If the appliance is used in an industrial setting, during the entire
period of use, the user must check that the specified safety devices comply with the current
regulations for this sector, and comply with the new regulations. If the appliance is used outside
the European Union, the local workplace health and safety regulations in force in the location
where the appliance is used must be respected.
In addition to the workplace health and safety requirements contained in this handbook, the
specific environmental protection regulation in force in the location where the appliance is used
must also be respected.
Carefully read this installation, operation and servicing handbook before installing and using the
appliance.

Do not leave the appliance in operation unsupervised. Keep the appliance away from children
and all unauthorized individuals; the appliance is not suitable for use by individuals (including
children) with reduced physical, mental or sensory capacity, with lack of experience and
knowledge, without supervision or instructions from a person responsible for their safety.

The appliance must only be used by duly trained personnel who are fully aware of the safety
requirements and the operating instructions contained in this handbook.

The operator must wear personal protective equipment (PPE) suitable for the working
condit
ions to ensure the operator’s safety and to comply with local health and safety
regulations.

This handbook must be carefully looked after. If the appliance is transferred to a third party
this handbook must also be handed over, as it is an integral part of the appliance.

All users must follow the instructions contained in this handbook and comply with the
workplace health and safety requirements.

The appliance can only be used indoors and it is not suitable for use outdoors and/or in
explosive environments.

This appliance is not suitable for use in ATEX environments.

Do not pull the power supply cable to disconnect the power supply plug.
3.1 Noise and vibrations
The noise pressure level of the appliance is less than 70 dB. Under normal operating conditions,
the appliance does not generate vibrations that are harmful for the operator or the surrounding
environment
.
