Operation and functions
Operation:
Switch the power switches to position 0.
Insert the plug in the socket.
Press the switch(es) with the required wattage
to switch the radiator on.
Use:
The thermostat will automatically maintain your desired
room temperature.
Switch on one or a number of switches depending on
the speed at which you want to obtain the desired
temperature.
o
Switch 1: 750W
o
Switch 2: 1250W
o
Switches 1 and 2: 2000W
Turn the thermostat clockwise until you hear a click.
This sound means that the heater is now switched
on.
If the indicator light is on the heater is working.
Turning the thermostat clockwise increases the
temperature set. Conversely, turning it anticlockwise
lowers the temperature set.
The thermostat automatically switches the heating
on and off when the set temperature has been
reached.
Note
Allow the radiator to fully cool down before moving it
and always use the handle for this purpose.
Protection against overheating: if this is activated the
radiator switches itself off. Then switch the radiator
off and pull the plug from the wall socket. Allow it to
cool down and remove any hindrances before using
the radiator again.
Cleaning
We advise you to carefully clean the heater once a
month to remove dirt and dust. This ensures the
heater will continue working efficiently and safely.
Always switch the thermostat off and remove the
plug from the socket. Make sure the appliance has
fully cooled before cleaning.
Clean the housing with a clean, soft and lightly
moistened cloth. Never clean the heating elements
or thermostat in water. Blow as much dust as
possible off the heating elements. This extends the
life of the appliance and eliminates fire risks.
Let everything dry thoroughly before switching the
heater on again. Do not use any detergent, wax or
cleaning agents; these can react under the influence
of heat and cause the colour to deteriorate.
Save the box for storage during periods you are not
using the ceramic heater. When being stored the
heater must also be protected against dirt and dust.
