Do not use the appliance if
the door is warped or dam-
aged, or if the door latch,
hinges, or door seals are de-
fective, or if the door does
not close tightly for any
other reason.

If the door or door seals are
damaged, the oven must
not be operated until it has
been repaired by a compe-
tent person.
CAUTION
Risk of scalding!
Warming up drinks in the
microwave can cause subse-
quent boiling-over (delayed
boiling). Take care, therefore,
when handling the container.
Hot liquid can suddenly spray
out, for example when it is re-
moved from the microwave.

The contents of feeding
bottles and baby food jars
shall be stirred or shak-
en, and the temperature
checked before consump-
tion in order to avoid burns.
■
To avoid delayed boiling,
place a plastic or glass
spoon in the container.
■
Make sure that the spoon is
always at least 2 cm away
from the cooking chamber
walls of the microwave.
Risk of steam burns!
Steam is generated through
the build-up of heat within
the appliance when cooking
dishes and can cause scalding
if it comes into contact with
the skin.

Ensure that, while operat-
ing the microwave, you do
not come into contact with
the steam.
