USING AND SELECTING SPRAY TIPS
1. To connect or disconnect a spray tip, pull back on the quick
connect collar. Insert or remove the spray tip then release
the collar.
2. When a spray tip is connected, pull on the spray tip to make
sure that it is secured.
3. For general cleaning, use the 25° spray tip. This option is for
cleaning house siding, decks, garage floors, brick patios, and
cement walkways.
4. For stripping, spot cleaning, blasting, and hard to reach areas
use the 0° spray tip. This option is for removing paint, rust,
mildew, marine growth off boats, or grease stains. This option
can be used for reaching second story surfaces, or for the
removal of paint, rust, oil stains, tar, gum, and other stubborn
substances. Use extreme caution when using this nozzle.
5. For applying pressure washer safe detergent, use the black
soap nozzle. Connect the siphon tube with strainer to the brass
barb located on the high pressure hose connection.
Submerge the strainer end of the siphon tube in the solution that is to be applied.
WARNING! Use extreme caution when using the 0° nozzle.
APPLYING DETERGENT
1. Rinse the surface with cool water before applying cleaner.
2. Prepare detergent as required by the job. For the best results,
follow the detergent directions as supplied from
the manufacturer.
3. Remove the cap from the detergent container and pour
detergent into the soap tank. Replace the cap. If you do not
wish to use the soap tank, connect the siphon tube with the
strainer to the brass barb located on the high pressure hose
connection. Submerge the strainer end of the siphon tube in
the solution to be applied.
4. Connect the black soap nozzle to the spray gun.
5. Spray the detergent on the surface. For the best results use
long, even, and overlapping strokes. Allow the detergent to
set for about 3 minutes before rinsing, but do not allow the
detergent to dry on the surface or it may cause streaking
or cause damage to the surface.
6. To clean equipment after use, flush water through the
spray nozzle for 1 to 2 minutes then shut off the engine.
Soak the soap nozzle in a bucket of clean water to remove detergent.
