Install the device

1.

Align the device with the laser beam as described in chapter 8.3 on page 16
and Fig. 8.1 on page 16.

2.

Install the device with the mounting threads as shown in Fig. 8.3 on page 18.

3.

Ensure a stable installation of the device:

•

The device must not be able to move.

4.

Connect the safety interlock connection cable.

5.

Remove the alignment tool from the protective window of the device.
