CONVEYOR WAREWASHING MACHINES
Connect the rinse solenoid valve to the
RINSE
connector and the load solenoid valve to the
CHARGE
connector (see Picture5). Set the jumper J4 to OFF

Rinse cycle
When the rinse solenoid valve is on, both pumps will work at the set speed.
To adjust the detergent pump speed use the trimmer
SPEED DET ( 15-100% )

To adjust the rinse-aid pump speed use the trimmer
SPEED RIN ( 15-100% )
.
Led 1 is green and flashing.
Led 2 is green and flashing.

First charge
When the load solenoid valve is on, the detergent pump will dose for the set time with a delay
time of 60 seconds, working at the maximum speed.
To adjust the detergent pump dosing time use the trimmer
TIME DET ( 0-200 seconds

Led 1 is green and flashing during dosing, when the dosing is over it turns red.

PRIMING
To prime, press the left
PRIME
key for the detergent pump, and the right
PRIME
key for the
rinse-aid pump. When the keys are released the system will return to its previous condition.
Priming can be activated only when the solenoid valve is ON
