3.1

SINGLE SOLENOID VALVE WAREWASHERS

Connect the rinse solenoid valve to the

RINSE

connector (see Picture 5)

Set the jumper J4 to ON

J4

3.1.1

Rinse cycle

When the solenoid valve is on, both of the pumps will work at the speed that has been set.
To adjust the detergent pump speed use the trimmer

SPEED DET ( 15-100% ).

To adjust the rinse-aid pump speed use the trimmer

SPEED RIN ( 15-100% ).

Led 1 is green and flashing.
Led 2 is green and flashing.

3.1.2

First charge

When the solenoid valve is ON for more than 30 seconds, only the detergent pump will be
active. The detergent pump will dose for the set time, and will work at maximum speed.
To adjust the detergent pump dosing time use trimmer

TIME DET ( 0-200 seconds

5% )

Led 1 is green and flashing during dosing, when the dosing finishes it turns red.

TWO-SOLENOID WAREWASHERS (EXCLUDING CONVEYOR DISHWASHING

MACHINE)

Connect the rinse solenoid valve to the

RINSE

connector and the load solenoid valve to the

CHARGE

connector (see Picture5)

Set the jumper J4 to ON.

Rinse cycle

To adjust the detergent pump speed use the trimmer

SPEED DET ( 15-100% ).

To adjust the rinse-aid pump speed use the trimmer

SPEED RIN ( 15-100% ).
