Pan Bracket
:
1. Install the eccenter in the bracket as shown above.
2. Attach the Kipp handle to the bracket. (do not tighten yet.)
3. Install the motor so that the angled section of the motor
housing meets the eccenter as shown above.
4. Fasten the gear to the motor with three 4-40 x 3/8” flat head screws. This assembly
will be mounted to the lens using the pan bracket and pan bracket clamp
5. Fasten the motor / pan bracket assembly to the lens using two 10-32 x ½” cap head
socket screws.
6. Make sure the bracket does not interfere with the swivel lock ring. If there is any
mechanical interference, the motor will bind.
7. Align the motor to the gear. Turn the eccenter so that the motor gear meshes with
the lens gear. Tighten the Kipp handle when the motor is properly fitted to the lens
