Application
This unit is to be used for mixing and blending fruits and vegetables to prepare juices, smoothies,
and milk shakes.
Do NOT use the blender to beat egg whites, mash potatoes, and knead dough or other
heavy mixtures. Do not place large pieces of solid or frozen foods into the blender jug.
Always cut into small pieces before blending.
HOW TO USE
Before using the blender for the first time, clean the parts in contact with food completely. (See
Cleaning and storage section.)
1. Place the mixing cup and the blade holder open on a horizontal table top. Add the right amount
of drinking water and the precut and prepared fruit and ingredients into the stirring cup. Be sure
not to fill ingredients past the 20oz marking (Figs.1, 2)
NOTE
: Ingredients placed into the mixing cup must not exceed the amount marked as maximum
on the scale.
2. Ingredients ratio:
Fruit/Vegetables/Ingredients to water ratio is: 2:3.
