Belt cover in place? This closes the inter

lock switch, bottom arrow.

FOOTBRAKE working, not stuck down?

If working properly, the footbrake should

close the microswitch, top arrow, opening

it when released.

CHUCK GUARD swung back? Close the

guard (photo, cover page).

The motor didn’t run when

power was connected

Control lever is UP or DOWN when

power is connected.
