Operational check
Proceed as follows to check proper operation of the auto feed
screwdriver:
CAUTION
The operation of the auto feed screwdriver
presents a danger of injury or material
damages.
Observe the safety information contained
in chapter “Operating electrical tools“ on
page 26 and ff.
Make sure that bit matches the size and form of the screw.
Make sure that the bit is not worn.
Make sure that the auto feed screwdriver turns in a clockwise
direction.
Place the depth stop of the auto feed screwdriver on a work piece
that is at least ten centimetres thick.
Switch the auto feed screwdriver on (see chapter “Fastening
screws” from page 31).
Check the following properties:

The head of the tool carries screws properly into the centre of
the depth stop.
- The ventilation slots of the drive unit are free of foreign objects
and dirt.

The screw is fastened completely
To change the fastening depth, change the adjustment of the
adjusting nut located on the right side of the auto feed screwdriver
(see page 29).
Repeat these steps if necessary.
The auto feed screwdriver is ready for operation.
