Maintenance of the electrical tools
The electrical tools must only be maintained by persons who have
acquired the necessary knowledge, abilities and experience. Any
task that is not described here shall only be performed by the
manufacturer’s service division or at the manufacturer’s factory.
WARNING
Repairs by unauthorized persons may damage
the electrical tools.
Disconnect the electrical tool from the
power supply before starting maintenance.
Empty the magazine before starting any
maintenance work.
Activate the safety lock
Cleaning the housing and exterior surfaces
CAUTION
The electrical tools or accessories may be
damaged by incorrect cleaning agents.
Only use a dry or slightly damp cloth with a
mild soapy water to clean the tool.
Slight dirt
Blow the dirt off the electrical tool and accessories using dry
compressed air.
Wipe the housing of the electrical tools and accessories with a dry
cloth.
Use commercial silicone spray on all metal parts and the sliding
surfaces of the electrical tools.
