WARNING: PLEASE BE AWARE
An alarm call will not reach the Emergency
Resolution team if the extension leads are
not plugged into the alarm unit and your
telephone extension is in use or off the hook.
If there is a fault on your telephone line this will also
stop the alarm call reaching the Emergency Resolution
team.
It is your responsibility to ensure your telephone line
is working. Make sure you report any faults to your
landline telephone provider (such as BT) as soon as
possible.
