In Figure 2 the other option given to the operator is on the bottom line where the Controller
can be switched to ‘AUTO’ mode. Press the down

'

’ button until the cursor ‘>’ points to ‘GO

TO AUTO’, then press the ‘OK’ button and the ‘AUTO’ screen (similar to Figure 4) will display.

To change back to manual mode press the ‘MENU’ button and the screen ‘Figure 1’ will

display. Press the down '

’ button until the cursor ‘>’ points to the desired garden outlet

number, then press the ‘OK’ button.

N.B. Once the Controller is set to a selected outlet (in manual mode) greywater will only
be directed to this outlet, until this setting is reprogrammed.

auto Mode

Press the ‘MENU’ button until the screen ‘Figure 4’ or ‘Figure 2’
displays. If ‘Figure 2’ displays, press the

’ button until the cursor

‘>’ aligns with the ‘GO TO AUTO’ and press the ‘OK’ button.
The screen ‘Figure 4’ should display. Once the display ‘Figure 4’
appears, press the ‘MENU’ button until the screen display ‘Figure

3’  appears.

You have the option to redirect greywater to any of the four garden
outlets.

Based on your specific sub-surface irrigation installation you can
programme the quantity of greywater to be pumped to each outlet.

A ‘0 LITRES’ setting means no greywater will be directed to this
outlet in case an outlet is not connected. The maximum value that
can be set to an outlet is ‘980 LITRES’

Press the ‘OK’ button to activate ‘>060LITRES TO G1’ then press
the up '

’ or down '

’ button and the quantity will vary in 20 litre

amounts until the desired quantity is displayed. Press the ‘OK’ button to accept the quantity

on screen and the cursor ‘>’ will move to the line (000 LITRES TO G2). Press ‘OK’ to adjust

the quantity to G2 and repeat until all the outlets are programmed. Press the ‘OK’ button if
there is a flashing square next to the cursor ‘>’, to accept the final entry.

Press the ‘MENU’ button once complete and the screen in Figure 6 will display. Press the
‘MENU’ button again and the valve will move to garden outlet 1 (unless the valve is already
aligned with outlet 1) and the Controller screen will typically display as in ‘Figure 4’.

While configured to operate automatically the Controller screen will typically display ‘AUTO

TO GARDEN 1’.

N.B. The down

button will not change the valve if ‘000 LITrES’ is displayed.

N.B. The actual garden number will vary depending on which garden outlet is currently
open.

N.B. In ‘AUTO’ mode the cycle will progress from garden outlet 1 through to 4 (after
diverting the set amount of litres to each outlet) then start again from 1 continuing
indefinitely as a cycle.

N.B. In ‘AUTO’ mode do not divert greywater to an outlet which is blocked or blanked off
as this will cause permanent damage to the pump.
