WARNING!
Before assembly, make sure the trimmer is switched
off and unplugged.
To position the flower guard (9), insert one end into the channel on the
side of the motor housing (11), making sure it is secured in place.
Apply outward pressure to the other side and insert it into the opposite
channel (Fig. 2).
WARNING!
Never use the trimmer unless the guard is properly
fitted.

1. To mount the safety guard, slide the safety guard (10) over the cutting
head, then using 3 screws, insert into the safety guard and tighten.
