Before installation, read the following
instructions carefully. Failure to follow
instruction and Safety information could cause
serious bodily injury, death and/or property
damage. Each Power-Flo pump is individually
factory tested to insure proper performance.
Closely following these instructions will
eliminate potential operating problems,
assuring years of trouble-free service.
Installation, wiring,
and junction
connections must be in accordance with
the National Electric Code and all applicable
state and local codes. Requirements may vary
depending on usage and location.
Installation and
servicing is to be
conducted by qualified personnel only.
This pump is
not
intended for use in
swimming pools, spa areas or water
installations where human contact
with pumped fluid.
Risk of electric shock.
To reduce risk of
electric shock, always disconnect
pump from power source before
handling.
Lock out power & tag.
In the event the
retaining screws have
been pulled out of the housing,
DO NOT
replace them. Use of any
other screw may short out the stator
windings, creating a risk of electrical shock.
The addition of
petroleum based fluids
or certain chemical additives to the system
voids the warranty.
Pumps build up heat
and pressure during
operation. Allow time
for pumps to cool
before handling or
servicing.

These Power-Flo Pumps Circulator Pumps
designed to be installed in residential potable
domestic hot water systems to provide
recirculation
(with a dedicated recirculation
pipe loop installed in the system)
of domestic
hot water resulting in “instant” hot water at
fixtures throughout the house. This pump
will come equipped with a standard terminal
box to allow for connection to direct 115V AC
wiring AND will come with a 6 Ft. long soft
jacketed 3 prong electric cord and terminal
box strain relief connector for “outlet plug in”
installations.
NOTE: Model PFFP Cooper Multi Fitting
Pack is to be used with the PFWRC66B1S
circulator pumps.

Receiving Inspection
Upon receiving the pump, it should be
inspected for damage or shortages. If
damage has occurred, file a claim
immediately with the company that delivered
the pump. Care should be taken to ensure
the pump is
NOT
dropped or mishandled,
dropping will damage the pump. If the
manual is removed from the packaging, do
not lose or misplace.
