MOUNTING TOOL BITS
CAUTION! Before any work on the machine itself, pull the main plug. Before
each use, clean the bit’s shank and lubricate.
BITS WITH GROOVES
1. Move the lock (2) to Fig 1
position. Insert the bit (1)
into the holder (3).
2. Move the lock back. Pull the
bit to check if it was locked.
3. When disassembling, move
the lock to Fig 1 position,
then pull out the bit from the
holder.
BITS WITH SHOULDER
IMPORTANT! The shank length
can be 160 mm or 6 10/33 inch (Length from shank end to the shoulder)
1. Move the lock (2) to Fig 3 position. Insert the bit (1) into the holder (3).
2. Move the lock to Fig 4 position. Bit can be locked. The shoulder position
should be between lock and holder.
3. Move the lock back. Pull the bit to check if it was locked.
4. When disassembling, move the lock to Fig 3 position, then pull out the bit
from the holder.
WARNING!
• Be sure the bit is secured in place before operation.
• When drilling or screwing into walls, ceilings, etc., make sure beforehand
that you will not damage any hidden electric cables. During this work, you
should not touch any metal parts of the machine; only touch the machine by
the plastic housing.
• Be sure no one is below you when using the tool in high locations.
•
Always remove the plug from the power source before installing or
removing a bit or accessory from the chuck.
