STARTING / STOPPING THE ENGINE
STARTING THE ENGINE
1. Make sure that the AC circuit breaker is in the OFF position. The generator may be hard to start if a load
is connected.
2. Turn the fuel valve lever to the ON position.
3. Pull the choke rod to the (CLOSED).
4. Move the engine switch to the I (ON) position.
5. Lightly pull the starter grip until resistance is felt, then pull briskly.
NOTE: If you have closed the choke, push it to the (OPEN) position as the engine warms up.
STOPPING THE ENGINE
In an emergency: Move the engine switch to the O (OFF) position.
In normal use:
1. Turn the AC circuit breaker to the OFF position. Disconnect the DC battery charging cables.
2. Turn the engine switch to the O (OFF) position.
3. Turn the fuel valve lever to the OFF position.
INTELLIGENCE PROTECT SWITCH
1. When the load reaches the rated power, the indicator light turns green.
2. When the load reaches the maximum power, the indicator light turns red and the buzzer sounds.
3. When the load exceeds the maximum power for 1 minute, it automatically switches off the output.
4. Press the reset switch to make the generator work again.
AUTOMATIC GENERATOR SYSTEM (AGS)
After installation, be sure the machine is not overloaded.
If the electricity goes out, the generator will cut off the outside
circuit and will automatically start generating. When the
outside power is restored, the generator will automatically
switch off, and the outside circuit will automatically connect.
WARNING! If the generator will not start, check whether the
indicator glitters when starting the machine. Add oil if the
indicator glitters.
1. Be sure the load won’t be over loaded, then install
the generator.
2. Usually, the AGS switch on the control panel will be in
the automatic position and the key in the running position.
3. Move the choke switch to the (OPEN) position.
ALARM SYSTEM
The indicator light will come on when you start the generator if the oil is at an insufficient level. The indicator light
will go off when the oil level is sufficient.
