Troubleshooting
Fault
The pump does not start.
No pressure.
The pump does not switch off.
Insufficient pressure.
The pump switches off after
only a short period of use.
Cause
No power supply. The float is not
switched on.
The suction inlet is blocked. The
pressure hose is twisted.
The float is unable to sink.
The suction inlet is partially
blocked. Reduced pump capacity
caused by worn parts and dirt.
The water is too warm and the
pump is switching off.
Solution
Check the power supply. Move the
float to a higher position.
Clean the suction unit. Straighten
out the pressure hose.
Place the pump at the bottom
of the shaft so that the float has
plenty of space.
Clean the suction unit. Clean the
pump impeller and replace any
worn parts.
The water temperature must not
exceed 35 °C.
