7.7 Multiroof (optional)
Additional storage space can be created with the foldable Multiroof (Fig. 27,1).
Fold Multiroof upward:

Lift the Multiroof using one hand. With the other hand, open the two front
locks (Fig. 28,1) on the left and right.

Carefully fold the MultiRoof upwards until the locking pins are at the level
of the upper notches (Fig. 28,2).

In the top position, carefully slide the locking pins into the notches on both
sides.
Fold Multiroof downward:

Lift the Multiroof using one hand. With the other hand, pull the two locking
pins (Fig. 28,1) out of the notches.

Carefully fold down the Multiroof until the two locking pins are level with the
lower notches (Fig. 28,3).

In the bottom position, carefully slide the locking pins into the notches on
both sides.
Removing/installing the
Multiroof
The Multiroof can be completely removed from the vehicle.
Removing:

Hold the Multiroof with both hands while the second person releases all
locks (Fig. 28,1 and 4) on the left and right.

Remove the Multiroof carefully.
Installing:

The installation is done in reverse order to the removal.

Before conversion, check that there are no heavy objects in the tray.

When locking the Multiroof with the locking bolts, take care not to scratch
any plastic parts.

Carry out the removal with the help of a second person.
