TIP
The atmospheric pressure in our living space is 1 barometer
and it does not exceed 100°C when water is boiled since steam
escapes outside when the steam lifts the lid. However, the boiling
point rises to 120°C when the atmospheric pressure increases
to 2 barometer by tightly containing steam in a pressure cooker
and this is the principle of pressure cooking. Pressure cooking
cooks in high temperature, high pressure within a short time thus
displays good flavor and preserves nutrients and can efficiently
cook brown rice, boiled rice with cereals and steamed dishes and
it reduces time and fuel for cooking.

Fill the pot with skins of fruits until burnt areas are covered.
(All fruits can be used)

·
Check whether steam is fully let out by laying down alarm weight after steaming is
finished.
·
Slowly open the lid by turning anticlockwise after completely pressing down handle lever.
However, lever should be turned to ‘Open’ for Lever-turning type when opening the lid.
|
Do not open by pressing handle button at the same time.
|
·
Do not force open when the lid is not opening well since pressure may remain within.
|
Do not open in haste but cool the lid with cold cloth and open normally.
