Viewing a CDR Report
Follow this procedure to generate CDR reports.
To view a CDR report
1 From the Reports menu, choose the type of report you want.
The CDR Table screen displays, showing CDR information for the current
date.
2 To change the range of calls, select one of the options from the Filter by
drop-down list and enter the appropriate value.
The report screen updates to display information that matches your
criteria.
Exporting a Call Detail Record
To export a CDR report
1 Display the CDR data you want to export.
2 Click Export .
3 When the File Download dialog box appears, do one of the following:
— Click Open to launch Microsoft Excel and display the file.
— Click Save and then specify a name and location to store the file.
