To add a guest to an active conference
1 Display the list of conferences.
2 Select the active conference you want to change and click Manage .
3 On the Manage Active Conference screen, click Add Participants .
4 In the Add Participants dialog box, click External Participants .

5 Enter the required information. For details, see Table 4-4.
6 Click OK .
The guest is added to the conference.
7 Click Close .
