Using the Conference Schedule

When you are done, click 

Finish

.

ReadiManager reserves resources, schedules participants, and sends 

notification messages about the conference.
You return to the Scheduled Conferences screen. 

Note:

Changes you make to a conference that is part of a series of recurring 

conferences apply only to the selected conference.

Deleting a Scheduled Conference

You can delete a scheduled conference. 

Note:

You cannot delete an active conference. If a scheduled multipoint 

conference has started, you must end it before you can delete it. 

To delete a scheduled conference

From the menu bar, choose 

Scheduling > Conferences

On the Scheduled Conferences screen, select the applicable conference 

and then click 

Delete

Click 

Delete

 to confirm the deletion.

If the conference is part of a series of recurring conferences, click 

Yes

 to 

confirm deletion of the series. 
The conference is deleted from the list. The conference owner, 

participants, and resource facilitators are notified by e-mail.

Ending an Active Conference

Note:

You can end a conference only when the Filter option is set to view 

ongoing conferences.

To end an active conference

From the menu bar, choose 

Scheduling > Conferences

.

From the Conferences drop-down list, select 

Ongoing 

and click

 Filter

.

On the Scheduled Conferences screen, select the ongoing conference to 

end.

Click 

OK

 to confirm the conference end.
