Locking Your Poly Trio C60 Phone

If your system administrator has set up the system to lock when it isn’t in use, you must unlock it before
you can use the system.

You can use your lock code to unlock Trio C60 systems.

With the system locked, you can do the following:

▪ Place outgoing calls only to emergency and authorized numbers.
▪ Enter a password to answer incoming calls.

Set a Lock Code

When you sign in to Skype for Business on your phone, the phone prompts you to set a lock code. Use
the lock code to unlock your phone.

Note:

You can’t dismiss the prompt to create a lock code. However, the prompt disappears if you don’t

create a lock code in a set amount of time. If you don’t create a lock code when prompted, you

can't sign in on the phone.

Procedure

At the

prompt, enter a numerical lock code and select the

Checkmark

Confirm your lock code and select the

Checkmark

again.

The phone saves your lock code so you can use it to unlock your phone.

Lock Your Phone

After you create a lock code, lock your phone any time you leave your desk. Your phone automatically
locks after being idle for the amount of time your administrator defines.
