Pull out and wrap the film
around the back of the
pressure plate until the end
reaches the take-up spool.
Note
: Do not pull the film
out too far. Doing so will
fog part of the film and reduce the number of available expo-
sures.

Insert the end of the film
into the take-up spool slot.
Turn the film advance
knob counterclockwise
until the arrows on the
film roll line up with the
red arrow on the left spool
retainer.
If the film does not wind evenly, remove the spool, take out
the film, reinsert the end of the film into the take-up spool
slot, and restart winding.

Open the camera back.
Check that the top and
bottom latches are fully
open.
Seat the camera insert
tightly onto the camera
back.

While holding the camera
insert onto the camera
back, close the film door.
Hold the door shut while
pushing the top latch
down and the bottom latch
up.
If the door does not shut and latch easily, reseat the camera
insert onto the camera back.
