Step 7

Use the flash (if desired)

The camera is pre-set to Auto

flash, which means the flash fires when the lighting

situation calls for it. If you want to use a different setting, see page 27.

Stand 3 to 8 feet (1 to 2.5 m) from your subject for best results with flash.

If the flash fires, you cannot take another photo until
the power/status indicator (

camera stops blinking.
