When installing a system calling for a wireless system to be installed, it is easiest to install the complete system prior to the
installation of the OS-4 WRK-T transmitter.
To install the pressure sensor and Os-4 WRK-T to the trolley:
1. Program Transmitter before installation (instruction or later in manual)
2. Drill out the four rivets that connect the hose to trolley transition to the upper section of the trolley.
3. Mark and disonnect all airlines from their respective quick fittings, and remove from transition.
4. Drill three holes in the transition (see picture below). Install grommets in two of the holes, the third hole
will be used to thread in the pressure switch. Tap the hole with a pipe tread and thread the pressure switch into the hole.
5. Connect the pressure switch to the transition.
6. Reconnect the hose to the trolley.
7. Install the mounting clip for the Transmitter on the top of the exhaust hose crab.
Note screws used must be flush mount to allow for proper fitting of transmitter.
Note make sure to place the provided zip tie under the clip before attaching. The zip tie will be tightened around the
transmitter to provide additional safety when crab stops against shock.
8. Attach provided wire to the connecting points inside the transmitter cabinet and insert battery.
9. Snap cover back onto transmitter. Snap transmitter onto mounting bracket and tighten zip tie around transmitter for
additional security.
