1. The OS-4 WRK comprises of the Wireless Receiver and
mounted in a Prewired Enclosure. Next to this the
standard kit also includes a Wireless Transmitter (OS-4
WRK-T).
2. The OS-4 WRK-T includes a transmitter with battery.
Up to 16 separate transmitters will be recognized by one
receiver. To order replacement or additional units please
use part number OS-4 WRK-T
Required Installation Tools and components
- Drill and bit.
- Wall mounting hardware compatible with wall material to
mount box near OS-4 panel.
- Phillips and Straight blade screw drivers.
- Wire stripper and cutter.
- Two pairs of channel locks.
- Medium size adjustable wrench.
- Bit to drill additional knock-out in OS-4 cabinet if
needed for wire socket connection.

SYSTEM COMPONENTS.
1. Choose a location for the OS-4 WRK-R enclosure. This
location should be with in a 2 meter radius of the OS-4
panel, should not be blocking any safety equipment or
cause any safety hazards. The mounting surface should be a
solid surface.
2. Add a hole (if required) to the OS-4 enclosure.
3. Run the wire from the OS-4 WRK-R into the OS-4 panel.
Cut the wires to the proper length, strip ends, insert into
proper leads, tighten wire holders, tuck away or wire tie
and lose wire.
4. Connect the power wires to the load side of the 24 volt
fuse and the ground wire to one of the ground connections
on the terminal strip (far left or far right of the terminal
strip). Properly secure all wiring.
