Enabling CDDB
You can enable CDDB and have access to a database listing artists, tracks, and titles
of commercial CD-ROMs.
To retrieve and view CDDB information as you capture audio:
1. Ensure that your computer has an active connection to the Internet.
2. Start Audio Capture 2000.
3. In the Audio Capture 2000 window, click the Set CDDB Options button. You see
the CDDB text box.

4. In the E-mail Address field, enter your e-mail address.
5. Click the Use Escient CDDB box until it is checked (on).
6. If desired, click on the Get Server List arrow to obtain a list of CDDB servers,
then select the location to connect to.
7. On the CDDB screen, click OK to connect to the CDDB server. You see the
Audio Capture 2000 main window again.
8. Now insert the audio CD into your Plextor drive or into a non-Plextor MMC-
compliant drive.
