8 Errors and troubleshooting
8.1 Error display
Three different types of error are displayed on the inverter:

Serious errors
▪
Blocking errors
▪
Non-blocking errors
As long as an error is displayed, the event list can be called up by pres-
sing the
button; see page 40.
8.1.1 Serious errors
WARNING
Destruction of the inverter due to serious error!

Switch off AC voltage.
f
Switch off DC voltage: set the DC isolator to 0.
f
Inform the PLATINUM
®
service. Have the error code and serial num-
ber to hand.
Example of a serious error
When a serious error is displayed:
1. Follow the instructions on the inverter.
2. To exit the error display, press the
button.
The event list is displayed.
3. Exit the event list by pressing the
ESC
button.
