screen. When finish print, message window will display
and show result of print.
Delete
From image center, you can select one image from the list.
Click “Delete” on the menu, Confirm message window will
pop up. Make your decision.
Rename
From image center, you can select one image from the list.
Click “Rename” on the menu, Rename message window
will pop up.
Fill in the new name of image, and Click “Rename” to
rename your image
.
Email Images
From Main menu, email image window will be displayed.
On the email image window, you need to fill in the
following items:
To Address, Cc Address, Subject and email Body.
Note : For To Address, Cc Address, you can insert address
by click “insert Address” on the menu. When click “insert
Address”, insert email address window will be display,
select the addresses you want to insert, and click “insert”
on the menu, addresses selected will be inserted into the
field. Select images you want to email.
Click “Send images” on the menu, email will be sent out
and message window will display and show result of email
sending.
Pen Manager
Under Pen manager, you can add or remove Planon
Bluetooth Pen and Prinstik.
Add Pen
Click “Add Pen” on the menu, warning window will be
displayed.
If yes to add pen, you will wait for Bluetooth device
searching.
Select the Bluetooth device from the list.
Click “Add Pen” on the menu to save pen to stored list.
Remove Pen
Click “Add Pen” on the menu, Pen list window will be
displayed.
Select the Bluetooth device from the list.
Click “Remove Pen” on the menu to delete pen to stored
list.
Xseries Firmware Programming
Download the Xseries Firmware Programmer from the
website
www.planon.com/support/drivers
Extract the download and run the Xseries Firmware
Programmer executable file (InstallWinPenProgSolo.EXE).
Follow instructions by the installation wizard to complete
installation.
After the installation is complete, go to your PC
Start

Planon

WinPenProgSolo to open the Xseries
Firmware Programmer.
Connect DocuPen Xseries scanner to PC with USB cable
On your DocuPen Xseries scanner Press and hold the
Power button and the Bluetooth button together, until
the LCD screen displays the word “BOOTLOADER ”
