Choose cookware with a proper base.

Cookware should have a flat base which completely covers the relevant cooking
zone. Cookware with uneven bases cause a considerable cooking time and an
increased energy consumption. Use lids to decrease the cooking time and the
energy consumption.

Cookware made of stainless steel or aluminium (with a thick base) is most
suitable for cooking with electric energy. You can use heat-resistant cookware
made of glass. Glass-made cookware must meet the diameter of the relevant
cooking zone, otherwise the glass can crack because of the difference of
temperature. When you use glass-made cookware, do not change the
temperature too rapidly; otherwise the glass can crack. So, do not pour cold
water etc. into or on a glass-made cookware. Do not put hot glass-made
cookware onto cold surfaces. If you use glass-made cookware, high power
cooking zones must not be set to a power level higher than 2.
