Final safety instructions
1.
Never use a steam cleaner to clean the appliance. The steam will cause serious
damage to the electric components of the appliance.

If any cracks occur on the glass-ceramic , switch off the appliance and
disconnect it from the mains.

The glass-ceramic can be damaged by any item which drops on it.
4.
The frame of the glass-ceramic can be damaged by cookware which knocks
against it.

Cookware made of cast iron, cast aluminium or with a damaged base can
scratch the glass-ceramic, especially when you push or pull them.

If you handle cookware, always lift them a bit. Do not push and/or pull them
directly on the surface to avoid scratches.
7.
Do not clean and/or cut food on the appliance to avoid scratches.
8.
Do not cook directly on the ceramic glass.
9.
Fusible items and overboiled food can burn in the glass-ceramic. Remove such
a soiling immediately.
10.
Do not use the cooking zones without or with empty cookware.
11.
Food shall not completely boil down or burn to avoid damaging the appliance
or the cookware.
12.
Do not cover the ventilation opening 5 mm below the built-in panel on the
front of the appliance.
13.
Do not touch the ceramic glass with hard or sharp-edged items; otherwise you
will damage your appliance.
14.
This appliance is designed for the use by adults only.
15.
The appliance is not intended for commercial purposes.
16.
Do not use the appliance for camping.
17.
Do not use the appliance in public transport.
18.
The appliance is designed for indoor use only.

This appliance complies with the current European safety legislation. We do

while operating and
will retain and
emit heat even if it has stopped operating.
