The switcher also supports manual switch on screen layout, which allows you
to customize multiview screen layout (up to 16 views), switching sequence
and main window. For more information, please see the separate API
documentation.
Auto Signal Switch
By default, auto signal switch function is set as enabled. Auto signal switch
function allows you to easily and quickly display wanted sources
.
1. When a video source inputs, the switcher will automatically output and
display it on the screen.
2. When a new video source inputs in the case that there’s no unused
window in the current screen layout, the switcher will have it displayed in
the main window and remove the video that displays on screen for the
longest.
3. When a video source is removed, the remained video sources will
display in a suitable screen layout. If there’s no active source remains,
the screen shows the Guide Screen picture finally.
The switcher also offers three methods for manual switching to specific video
source: 1) by pressing the source switch button on front panel to output
corresponding hardware video source; 2) by web UI; 3) by API commands,

Connecting BYOD Video Sources
BYOD (bring your own device) generally refers to the mobile intelligent
terminal, including computer, mobile, tablet, etc.
