The outer chainring does not
remount correctly.

There may be cable ties in the spider
arm.

The pedaling monitor

sensors.
Or, the positive and negative
terminals of the batteries are
reversed.
Confirm that the batteries (CR2032, 3V) are correctly installed in the left and
right pedaling monitor sensors. Insert the batteries with the + mark up and until
you hear a click.
The sensors’ batteries are
dead.
The batteries are low if the LEDs do not light when the batteries are inserted.
Replace them with new batteries. (page 8)
The sensor’s operating mode
is not correct.
Check the operating modes of the left and right pedaling monitor sensors. (page

If the left and right modes do not match, you cannot continue.
The device numbers are not
set correctly.
Check the device numbers of the left and right sensors, and then pair them

For pedaling mode, the left and right device numbers may be different.
For power meter mode, specify the device number of the left sensor, and then
pair it again.
The pairing of the left and right
sensors failed.

It is not necessary to pair the left and right sensors. Insert the right and then
the left battery in that order within five minutes of each other, after you have
confirmed that the green LED on the left and right sensors are lighted, pair to
the Cyclocomputer.
There is a different 2.4 GHz
wireless device or a microwave
nearby.
Pairing may fail or require a long time because of the interference from
microwave ovens or other wireless devices. Move away from any other
wireless devices and move the sensor closer to the Cyclocomputer.
The attempt to pair to the sensor times out after 30 seconds. If they do not pair
after 30 seconds, move to a location where there is no electronic interference
and try to pair again.
The sensor and Cyclocomputer
are too far apart.
The sensors have a wireless range of about 10 meters, but this could be limited
by the existing radio wave environment. Move the sensor as close as possible
to the Cyclocomputer.
The Cyclocomputer does not
operate normally.
Check the Cyclocomputer’s charge and operations.
Confirm if a different ANT+ sensor can be paired.
The Cyclocomputer does not
support ANT+.
Check that the Cyclocomputer being used supports pairing of the ANT+ power
meter.
If it supports pairing, set the operating modes of the left and right pedaling
monitor sensors to power mode and then pair them.
The magnet rings are not
installed correctly.
Contact your dealer.
Check if it is installed correctly. (page

If the magnet rings are not installed
correctly, they may not operate
correctly.
The magnet rings or the
magnet ring attachments are
damaged.

Confirm that the magnet rings and
