Is the voltage at CN102
normal?

Check between CN102 and
CN6000.

Replace the DTB.

Check between CN4000-pin
38 and CN4005-pin 38,
between CN4005-pin 38 and
IC5206-pin 159.

Check between CN6003 and
CN4004, between CN4004
and IC6601.

Check between CN6003-
pins 2, 3 and CN4004-pins
2, 3.

When the power is turned
on, is DTB_RESET (Pin 38
of CN4000) high after the
voltage D+3V3 rises?

Are TXDA (pin 3) and RXDA
(pin 2) of CN6003
communicating?

Yes

Replace the DTB.

Is a signal input from DTB to
IC6601?

Yes

Plug the flexible cable in
correctly and check again.

Is the flexible cable correctly
connected between CN4000
and CN4005?

Yes

Failure in the panel

Does the symptom
disappear after the OBE
MAIN Assy is replaced?

Are moving pictures
displayed on the panel with
the inputs other than digital
TV?

Failure in DTB
Replace the DTB.
