1. Storage before opening

C). Tha t indicator may be changed when an

befo re mounting if that indi cator wil l be changed.
It is possible to d esiccate for onl y heat -proo f Tory pack ag e on the cond ition that temperat ure is
125
C and desiccat i on t ime is 2 4 hours if semicon duct or device shou ld be d esiccated.
Please change Tory p ackage t o heat -proof on e or desicc ate a t low temper ature (60
°
C, 168hours ) in
case it is impossibl e t o des i ccate for other t y pe Tory package at 125
°
C. And the d esicca tion can n ot be
applied for magazine (stick) package, paper glue taping package and emboss tapin g package.
