When installing the hide-away unit in the
trunk, use the extension cable (e.g. CD-
SC300E)(sold separately).

Do not install the display unit in a position
where the opening of the LCD panel is ob-
structed by any obstacles, such as the shift
lever. This may cause interference with the
shift lever, or a malfunction of the mechan-
ism of the display unit.

Make sure you leave enough gap between
the dashboard and the LCD panel of the
display unit so the LCD panel can be
opened and closed without contacting with
the dashboard.
