2. Ensure the barbed fitting is super glued into the plastic housing and place the

black hose from the air flow sensor.

3. Hold the cyclone assembly on the inside of the enclosure by hand, place Loctite

onto the thread of the cyclone mount and secure the lock nut using Pinssar
cyclone spanner.

4. Ensure the knurled knob on the tip of the cyclone is finger tight.

SSEMBLY

1. Remove heat shrink from exhaust tailpiece.

2. Remove nut from inside the enclosure while pulling the Exit Valve out from the

outside of the DPM reader.

Installation

Warning: Set DPM Reader to Safety Control Level 4

1. Slide 110mm length of 24mm heat shrink over the clear tube attached to the

blower.

2. Thread the nut onto the exit valve assembly while inserting the exit valve in

from the outside of the DPM Reader.

3. Secure lock nut with adjustable spanner and apply thread locking compound to

the back for the nut.

4. Use heat gun to shrink the heat shrink onto the clear tube and exit valve fitting.
