Introduction 

Dear customer 
Congratulations on your ownership of PIMA Electronic Systems’ 

FORCE

  hybrid intruder alarm 

system (or the 

Lite

 version). This guide will introduce you with the alarm system, with its 7-line 

LCD screen and clear menu-driven keypads. The Technician and User subject menus make 

programming and navigating the 

FORCE

 menus fast and easy. Help screens reduce the need to 

look in this guide on every servicing. 
Using a wireless expander, various wireless peripherals can be used, including detectors, key 

fobs, and a panic button. 
With PimaLink 2.0 smartphone application (for Android and iOS) you can receive notifications 
and arm and disarm your 

FORCE

 alarm system from anywhere. 

Note: This alarm system must be checked by a qualified technician at least once a year. 

This User guide refers to the 

FORCE

 alarm system, version 1.2.X. The system is supplied with 

two guides:

8 onboard zones, expandable to 144, including up to 64 wireless (using an expander). 

 

Up to 144 users, each with a unique user code, up to 64 of them with a remote control 
(using an expander). 

 

Up to 32 contacts for receiving alarm and other notifications 

 

Up to 16 true partitions 

 

PIMAlink 2.0 cloud and smartphone application 

 

Expansion cards for 8 and 16 zones, with one or two relays on each. 

 

Multi-channel, simultaneous communications: Ethernet, Cellular (2G/3G), PSTN

 

and Radio. 

 

Reporting to 2 CMSs (Central Monitoring Station), with a lock code for each. 

 

Graphic, LCD, 7-line keypad display with various menus. 

 

Detailed tests and diagnostics menus 

 

Remote upload/download/firmware update using the Force Manager software
