7 - Maintenance and winterisation
7.1 Gas installation
Regularly check the correct condition of the gas intake hoses in the gas cupboard. Change it for an approved model identical
to the original one, as soon as their state requires it, and at the latest before the use-by date marked on the hose.
Never use extensions on these hoses.
7.2 Maintenance of the interior
7.2.1 Cab
Refer to the manufacturer’s user manual.
7.2.2 Cushions, mattresses, curtains
Clean the cushions and mattress with a soft brush or vacuum cleaner. Cleaning foams for delicate fabrics should be used
with caution. On leather or imitation leather, use only soapy water with a cloth or a sponge. We recommend dry cleaning for
the mattress covers.
7.2.3 Maintenance of the windows
Only use water and a soft cloth to clean the windows. Talcum powder should be used on the rubber waterproof seals. Clean
the blinds with soapy water only.
Condensation can naturally occur between two window panes during a significant difference in temperature outside and
inside, for example. To remove this condensation, remove the small translucent plugs located on the windows for a few
minutes in order to refresh the air.
Check the state of the gas hoses regularly.
Comply with the instructions in the manufacturer’s manual to replace them.
It is strongly recommended not to wash curtains or mattress covers in a washing machine.
Solvents or alcohol-based cleaners will immediately damage the double glazing.
Only wash with clear water.
